The Spring Hill Business Lab is a private, pitch-free community for local business owners who want to stop going it alone and start growing smarter — together.

It’s not another networking group. It’s a working lab where you can test ideas, get feedback, and learn strategies that actually work here in Spring Hill.

Backed by the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Lab gives you a safe space to collaborate with fellow business owners who get it.

A Message from the Founder

Hi, I'm Rengie Mendoza.

I’ve spent years helping small businesses across the USA grow through smarter marketing, stronger systems, and building trust with their communities. Along the way, I’ve noticed a pattern:

Too many business owners here are going at it alone. They’ve got ideas, ambition, and grit — but no space to test those ideas, no trusted circle to get feedback, and no community where they can learn what actually works right here in Spring Hill.

That’s why I created the Spring Hill Business Lab — in partnership with the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce. Together, we’re building a free, high-trust, pitch-free space where business owners can share ideas, get support, and collaborate without distraction.
